The teaser hints at a heartwarming experience, featuring a young artist in a Hobbit-like setting, and familiar locations like the Green Dragon and Bywater. While the gameplay remains a mystery, the prospect of a cozy Hobbit life has garnered excitement.
Developed by Wētā Workshop, known for their work on Peter Jackson’s LOTR films, and published by Private Division, more details about the game are expected next year. With a 2024 release date for consoles and PC, “Tales of the Shire” is set to offer a unique Middle-earth adventure, inviting players to immerse themselves in the peaceful world of Hobbits.
